(Buffalo, NY)---Buffalo City FC is disappointed to announce that the June 10th game vs
Arka Gdynia has been called off due to the Polish team's committed to their play off games.
The Polish club who are based in Gdynia finished in the bottom half of the Ekstraklasa League and now have to play several play off games to secure their top flight status. Sadly the play off dates will interfere with the friendly game with Buffalo City FC.
Akra Gdynia finished 4th in the Polish First League at the end of 2007-2008 and were promoted to the Ekstraklasa last season.
Buffalo City FC would like to wish Akra Gydnia the best of luck in their pursuit to stay in the Ekstraklasa League.
Buffalo City FC would like to stress to all the fans that we are working hard to bring another Polish professional team to Buffalo in the summer.
The club is also looking to host a charity game against the Buffalo Sabers for Carly's Club from Roswell Park.
Buffalo City Football Club is Buffalo's premier soccer organization since 2008. Combining a winning tradition on the pitch with a standard of excellence within the community, BCFC remains the height of achievement in professionally run sport. For more information please visit www.BuffaloCityFC.com
