Buffalo City FC is seeking a motivated intern, who is a self starter and who is interested in developing the relationship Buffalo City FC has with the surrounding communities.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing incoming donation requests and fan mail
• Helping to facilitate inner city youth programs
• Assisting with game-day initiatives and community programs
• Supporting the Community Relations Director with the implementation of the Foundation, upcoming events and fundraisers
• Manage player appearances

Minimum Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and work well under pressure
• Detailed-oriented and organized
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• High ethical standards and strong sense of confidentiality
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the club
• Able to develop new ideas to reach out to the local communities.
