 As was said earlier, Buffalo City FC has lost it's goalie Bobby Shuttleworth to Major League Soccer's New England Revolution. Media Officer Stephen Brandt sat down with Bobby before he signed his contract with the MLS side.
For people who don't know you well enough, can you tell us a little about yourself?
I am from Tonawanda, NY I have Lived in Buffalo basically my entire life. I went to Nichols for high school then went to University of Buffalo.
Who are some players you have modeled your game after?
I don't know if I mold my game after particular players, but try to watch as many keepers as I can and see what their strengths are. Keepers like Edwin Van Der Sar, Iker Casillas, Sebastian Frei are keepers that I watch.
 Does a good backline make a goalie, or is it just your determination that has made you so stellar this year?
I think it is a bit of both to be honest. Playing with a strong backline is obviously extremely important but working hard to improve yourself to be ready when called upon is also very important.
What made you decide to play for Buffalo City FC?
I wanted to play in Buffalo this summer, and after speaking to Mike about the club I thought it was a interesting opportunity.
What has Mike Share meant to you as a player?
I think Mike has given my game more confidence. I believe he has faith in me as a player which makes me have more confidence in my own game.
As many people around the team know, you are off to New England Revolution this week, what can you tell us about how this all came to be?
I have just signed to play and will begin training this week. It was a good opportunity that couldnt be passed up,
With you leaving, what can you say about your backup keepers on the team? Who's impressed you?
I think that all the keepers have are extremely capable to keeping the strong beginning we have had to this season. The backline will make any transition to another keeper very smooth in my opinion.
 Anyone who has watched you play knows that you are a vocal leader, would you call that one of your strengths?
Communication is one of the most important aspects of a good goalkeeper. I would say it has to be one of my strengths because it is a easy way to solve problems on the field.
In these interviews, I've really not talked a lot about the other players, what can you say about your teammates?
This team has alot of very good technical players. I feel the majority of players on the roster are at a high level and have displayed great skill during games and training.
As a footballer, what do you think of the free spending at Real Madrid? Did you ever think you'd see a 130 million dollar transfer for one player?
I think transfer fees are just bound to go higher and higher as the game continues to develop and clubs attempt to out-due one another.
